I was scrolling through my Instagram, when I saw an advertisement for a Spotify playlist. A "Modern Christian Songs" playlist to be exact. The first song they played in the add, was this one and I was immediately sold. I googled the song and played it over and over again. Dancing along to the beat. When FaceTiming Conrad, not long after that, I really wanted to show him the song and whilst dancing and jumping along, I did. Well, long story short, I just had to cover this amazing song. In my search on YouTube to hear more version of this song, I stumbled upon the "song session" version, which is a bit more acoustic. I loved that one and thought I'd use that as my base and take elements from the album version. I so enjoyed covering this and I'm so grateful that Lewis wanted to add the drums for me. Of course, we went outside again to shoot this video, so a major thank you to Conrad and his parents for driving me and helping me by standing in the cold for as long as it took to film this video. I truly hope you enjoy my version!
Ps. This is the first video in which I played electric guitar and I'm so psyched!!!!
